Amazing property and location

We had a wonderful stay. There was 10 of us ranging from 2 to 67. The location was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and ocean, along with all the other great activities Melbourne Beach has to offer. Plenty of room for us all. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. We are already planning our return next year!

The house was beautiful and perfect for my family and two kids (7 people)!We did have minor issues getting in due to the code not working but Jim the property manager was extremely responsive and got us resolved within minutes! I've rarely had such fast responses to issues on this platform!Everything was clean and just like the photos. The pool was small but great for the two kids to play in at night. Being next to the beach and bay made sunsets and sunrises an eager activity for us every morning and evening. The pool net was broken but the pool was otherwise clean!My family and I would definitely go back in the future.

Very nice house with lots of room. Kids love the pool. Have to be careful with the white furniture but otherwise very comfortable and enjoyable

We enjoyed the location of this home being able to walk to the beach or the river. The pool on site was nice to have, especially being able to heat it when coming down in February. Overall it was clean, but not well stocked compared to other places I have stayed. I was surprised that there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms, no dish towels in the kitchen, and only a single trash bag left for us.

Great property!

We had two families with young children staying here and it was perfect! There is a great room for the kids to sleep together as well as fun room to hang out and play air hockey. Walking right out to the pool was so convenient and the kids loved it. The house was spacious and the area was very quiet. The community pool and hot tub were also fun to ride down to on the bikes provided…even a trailer to attach for the little ones. We would not hesitate to come back!

Excellent new home for multiple families

We loved this house. The set-up was perfect for multiple families. This was the only home available in this neighborhood with a gas grill. They even gave us a back-up tank which we needed. Our kids enjoyed the game room and bunk bed room. The pool at the house was great, small but nice. The community pool was a great, unexpected bonus. Great location. Easy to get to the beach. The beach toys and wagon were great. Will rent again when we're back in the area. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect walk to the beach for little ones.

Clean place, perfect amenities for a family with 2 toddlers. Pool was used heavily as there was a significant riptide the whole week. We would absolutely come back. Order the pool heater in October. Also, the community pool was unusable...maybe 75 degrees. Looks great...the grand kids ran into the wading section...and cried.
