Hidden Gem - Oceanfront 4-bedroom home

Watch the dolphins jump and the waves roll in for your porch overlooking the Atlantic in this Hilton Head beach house!

Upon entry your eyes will be immediately drawn out to windows to the beautiful ocean beyond! This open concept home is perfect of the whole family. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room seating eight comfortably. The living room features a sofa, love seat, reading chair, tv, and most importantly will lead you to the large ocean front porch with rockers and outdoor dining. Spend your evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunrise!

The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin up top, TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. These rooms face the front of the house.

The other two bedrooms have fantastic ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with a walk-in shower and another sliding glass door to the balcony.

The back of the property features a large backyard, the perfect place for evening games, and a large sundeck with loungers. There is a private beach path over the dunes for easy beach access. This will easily become your families favorite island escape!!

Great location on HH. Private access to the beach is nice with kids. Communication with the host and property management was fast. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Each bedroom having their own full bath was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend.

We could not have chosen a better house…we love to stay in older beach houses - the charm of this house is fantastic…the front porch is absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, well appointed and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need or want. It is clear the owner wants guests to have an enjoyable stay. Additionally, the management company is responsive and extremely customer service oriented. If we could have given 10 stars we would have.

We really enjoyed our stay! No issues along the way, and anytime we had questions the host answered very quickly. The beach rental company that set up our chairs was great as well. The place was very clean, the views were great, plenty of towels and kitchen ware as well. Very close to many restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. I will warn that the neighboring houses were right beside the house... so you can hear everything. I woke up to the neighbors kids announcing every cannon ball they did in the pool. Oh well it was not anything terrible but something to note. It was a great stay! Very happy with it.

Great location on a beautiful beach

The house fit the 6 of us perfectly, although the advertised 9 or more people would have definitely been too much 9 in the 4 existing bedrooms. Even the dining table only held 6 people! The location, on the beach and near Coligny, was perfect. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our only complaint is the materials - - each room had an extremely tiny bar of soap, a small box of tissues, and 2 rolls of toilet paper; the kitchen had a single roll of paper towels. When I called to ask for more supplies on the 5th or so day of our one-week trip, I was told that no more would be supplied. It was aggravating to have to buy these supplies for our remaining 2 days. While I understand that an unlimited supply would be inadvisable, I think it comes off as chintzy to refuse to deliver a small amount more when requested.
