A great little cabin that was the perfect spot to visit RMNP—just minutes from the entry. The bedroom is very small (hardly any space to walk on one side) but the bed was very comfortable. We visited during a heatwave and the window air conditioner kept the space cool enough to be comfortable. The cabin can sleep 4 with the pull out couch, but is best suited for 2 people. It is pretty small and limited spots to keep bags/suitcases other than in the kitchen area & on the table. We were pretty much only there to sleep so it worked out fine. Would stay again.
We loved staying at this property! The location was perfect! Just a few minute drive to RMNP and downtown Estes, but far enough that we had wildlife in our yard! Views were beautiful, “neighborhood” was so quiet. Amenities were perfect, we cooked/grilled multiple meals here and loved having this luxury. We spent several nights on the patio or in the globe playing cards. The beds were very comfortable, we were impressed by the quality of the furniture and appliances. We did not use the hot tub and didn’t have time to utilize the community pool. The place is pretty small, but it was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Overall would absolutely recommend and will be returning!
We loved our stay. The house was so nice. It was spotless and had everything we could have needed. Property was beautiful and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

Will rent again!!
Really enjoyed staying here! Nice and clean and everything you need!!
It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Amazing wildlife. Very cute cabin and very clean. A bit tight for 3 adults, but the outdoor dome and deck were great as other spaces to hang out. It was great to have access to the pool. I was very happy with the accommodations.
This cabin was perfect for us, we were so close to the entrance to RMNP, making it easy to beat the worst of the crowds, quiet, beautiful view, everything we needed to relax after a great hike.

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Bed pillows need to be replaced.
The cabin was close to RMNP and to downtown with easy access to both. Off the highway enough that it felt secluded. Nice views of the mountains. We'll be back!

This cabin needs an update. It was a struggle to unlock and lock the door. To where we dreaded leaving. The huge rug in the front room had a huge stain on it. The comforter had a tear in the edge and a pink stain on the front of the pillow cases on the bed. The window air conditioner didn’t cool a cabin and fan we found to help move the cooler air into the bedroom had so much dust on it. It was gross to turn on but we had to. The fuzzy blanket on the bed had lines of the fuzzy ripped out of it. We found black, we think beard hair in the ice tub in the freezer. The hot tub, we had to wipe off and clean the sides from what looked like a brown line around the top from the last users. The cabin was close to the park and what we wanted if it was clean. I tried to text owner at the number provided for instructions for the pool in the cabin description. There were no directions to get into the pool area or if we could use. We never got an answer back. The instruction book said they don’t answer on the weekend. We stayed Saturday till Tuesday. So that wasn’t convenient. I have pictures of these issues. But the app will not let me download them. I can email them if you’d like. We were disappointed in these issues for our birthday trip.
My family and I rented the cabin to visit RMNP for labor day weekend. The location was very convenient and having a kitchen was great. My biggest complaints included: having issues with the keys working, lack of decent Internet, and a crowded loving room.
Besides that we had a pleasant visit
Awesome Get-away for a single person, tight for two, wouldn't recommend for kids.
Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Awesome views, close to town for supplies, but feels away from the maddening crowd. Tiny cabin, Queen Bed in very small bedroom, a futon as 2nd bed, but would completely overwhelm tiny living room-dining-kitchen area. The 3/4 bathroom, ample shower. Well furnished, provides more than the basics.
We over estimated the size of the cabin. Our view was obstructed by tree limbs. All in all I would recommend this site to other people.

tiny but cozy
If you're a fan of Tiny House and think you could do it, go ahead. I've had cabins in the Smoky Mountains that were 3 x the size for less. No hot tub and not isolated at all.

Pros and Cons
Cons first - No AC in the bedroom. If you need it to be cold when you sleep go somewhere else. My husband “slept” on the uncomfortable LR sofa/pull out the whole time.
I spent every summer at Wonderview — then known as Anderson’s Wonderview — when I was growing up, and have stayed In nearly all of the cabins there. It was fun to return with my husband. While Loch Vale doesn’t have the stunning views of Longs Peak that the others do, we loved its charm and coziness.
Keep in mind that the cabin is small. We were aware of this when we booked, so this wasn't an issue. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt secluded even though there were other cabins around. We saw two elk the first day we were there! The cabin has a kitchen with just about anything you would need. Friendly suggestion to the property owner - Get rid of the futon and get a regular sleeper sofa. The futon just isn't practical for sitting on and relaxing after a day of hiking.
My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The listing was just as it was. The cabin was cozy, clean, stocked with blankets, towels, and plenty of pillows. We felt right at home & the view topped off our getaway. We will be recommending this to our friends.
Although pretty snug, we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely like to come back. Great location!!!
