Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer 3 Blocks from St. Mary's Hospital and catch a free shuttle to Mayo. 4 queen beds and 3 bathrooms. We have bed side rail and pack n play. Relax in a safe neighborhood. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Corelle dishes and plastic dishes for kids and a high chair. 1 stall garage. 2 parking spots in the driveway. Restaurants only 5 blocks away and a grocery store. If this house is full please check out one of our many additional houses downtown.

Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds. 1 bathroom downstairs with a shower chair. There is a couch downstairs as well if you can't do steps.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom and a DVD player.

There is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. There is also a full sized couch that reclines on both ends and TV with a dvd player. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues.

Check in states 4pm but most likely you will be able to get in earlier. We will message you through VRBO when the house is ready for you.

We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are covered by faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester. This house was bought site unseen except for pictures thus the name "Trust House". We Trusted in Him that everything was going to work. God's timing is what got us this house not ours.

Spacious home close to hospital

This property is within walking distance to hospital. 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family of five. Jessica was very helpful. We had to add a couple days and she was willing to work with us. We forgot two items, she mailed it to us. We greatly appreciate that.we enjoyed watching the deer in the back yard. It was nice to have a full kitchen to cook our oyn food. Priced reasonably

My husband and I rented this property for our kidney donor and her family to stay to recover from the surgery at Mayo clinic. The location is very close to St Mary's campus, so it's convenient. The host is exceptional with communication, which is helpful. We did have a couple issues during our stay. Our donor noted several areas in the house that weren't properly cleaned before their stay and felt it wasn't thoroughly cleaned after the last renter. The driveway is scary steep, so we wouldn't stay here in the winter. The house had an overall unpleasant smell and after 5 days, we realized there was a rotting animal in the walls somewhere in the home. The smell became overwhelming. We did have to vacate the property and were kindly refunded by the host for the remaining nights. My husband and I rented a property on the north side of Rochester for under $100 a night that was cleaner. You're really paying for the proximity to Mayo here.

Stayed for hospital surgery our son had. Close to hospital/ mayo clean large space whole home. House is as viewed very responsive owner clean nice neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay again. Adult children loved the houses layout. Attached garage with remote would be great in bad weather or winter.

We had plenty of room and privacy in this clean, comfortable home. We ended up being quarantined there due to Covid 19 and the property manager was very accommodating. We would have no problem staying there again.

Cool house in a great location

Jessica was very attentive and it was extremely easy to contact her. The house is uniquely designed and spacious. I spent most of my time at Mayo Clinic and the drive there was easy and quick. My family got to enjoy all the stuff to do in town and could easily and quickly come to Mayo Clinic if I needed them too because there was enough to do close by to keep them busy.

Darin and I (Jessica) came to Rochester in 2000 after graduating from college at Bethany Lutheran College and at Minnesota State University of Mankato. We both come from small towns in Minnesota. We lived in California for two years from 2001-2003. We purchase our first home in 2003 in Rochester. We joined a church the same year. I also started my own online book business that same year as Darin continued working in the technology industry. We had our first child, Isabella, in 2005 and the blessings of children began and so did my second job of being a stay at home mom. We had Bryce in 2006. My health wasn't in the best shape to continue having children. When I was able to, we decided to try for Olivia and in 2010 she arrived. In 2011 Elana completed our family. She began Kindergarten in 2017, so it was my time for my next adventure of care taking by starting Covered By Faith short term living.

The timing of being able to get this property was God's doing. There were many instances where this would not have happened if God didn't time this out so perfectly so we could acquire this house.

What makes this property unique

Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by help. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to.

Quarry Hill Nature Center is 4.6 miles away. Kutzky Park is only .4 miles away. Skyline Raceway (Go-Karts, Mini-Golf, Panning) is 5.5 miles away. Colonial Lanes Bowling is 1.6 miles. Bowlocity Entertainment is 3.3 miles away (Bowling, Arcade, Laser Tag). Rental at 800 West Silverlake Dr. NE, Rochester is only 2 miles away which has self-propelled boats on the river, canoeing or kayaking down the Zumbro River, or biking through the city. Here is the map for bike trails Restaurants are only .8 miles, Caribou Coffee is .8 miles away, HyVee groceries is 1.5 miles away, Walgreens is also 1.4 miles away. There are also little libraries around the neighborhood. Miracle Mile Shopping Center is .9 miles, there are also shops in the subways under Mayo which is 1.5. miles away, and Apache mall is 1.8 miles.

There are bus routes throughout the city and we do have lime scooters to use throughout the city not during the winter months.
