Enjoy this 1 bedroom Apartment in the center of Ajijic. with 1 queen-size bed and 1 single-size bed in the den is good for a maximum of 3 people. Comes with Kitchen and basic cooking needs. Balcony to enjoy the view and the good weather.
Bathroom with shower only and toilet.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the plaza, an open parking space which is about 5 meters away from the apartment.

Access the building through the smart lock door. Go up the stairs and grab the key from the lockbox and open the door.

The code for the smart lock and lockbox will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Laundry area is shared with washer and dryer

4. Parking area in the Plaza (off the premises), it is an open parking space which is about 5 meters away from the apartment.

5. To access smart Tv , you will have your own Netflix or any other apps account
