This house was perfect for our large family! The beds were comfy, great communication with the host, and plenty of parking space. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not far from town, which made it convenient. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return again!

We had a great stay. Probably the cleanest stay we have ever walked into. Very tastefully decorated and nice updated appliances. The 4 bedrooms with king beds was definitely a luxury for our guests. I loved the tea and coffee available along with the essential oil diffuser. Pretty quiet neighborhood as well.

Communication with the host was great! Great location if you’re visiting local springs. Rooms were big and having 2 full baths was also a plus. Would definitely book with this host again!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for my brothers graduation. We enjoyed being outside of Gainesville but being close enough to be convenient. Great space, comfortable beds, and lots of parking. We had a really lovely stay! Would recommend for families of UF students for sure.

Cozy Home near the springs

We booked the house for taking a weekend trip to Ichetucknee Springs and this place was the perfect jumping off point. It's also very close to Poe Springs too. We had a blast in High Springs and enjoyed our stay at the property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sanctuary High Springs house. Beautifully flipped home, very clean, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family of 6 to stay for my nieces wedding weekend.

Wonderful vacation rental, great location!

This is a beautiful home that comfortably accommodated a family of 9. We were only 3 mins away from local restaurants & shops, 10 mins away from local springs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The home is tastefully decorated, comfy and functional.
