Loved this place! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. Comfy beds. Nice, open floor plan so we could all hang out together. Great communication as well from the host!
We had an amazing time at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a great outdoor space to relax.
This is a really nice place to stay. It’s super nice inside and everything was clean. Our kids enjoyed the games they offered and they have everything basic that you need for cooking!! We can’t wait to go back!!
The house has a great open floor plan that allowed for our group to spend a lot of time together over the weekend. Laundry onsite, stocked kitchen, linens provided, made it super easy to have a good time!
Nice place. Disappointed it was so close to highway 65. Stray dog took our water shoes and towels from front porch. Had to go retrieve them from a neighbor 2 doors down. Looks like dog comes around a lot so beware. Upstairs loft is very small - good for younger adults and teenagers. Place was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and I’m very sorry that somethings were disappointing to you. I double checked and my description does say we are right off Hwy 65. There is also a picture (one with the snowfall) that shows the highway running in front of the cabins. Some guest such as those on motorcycles enjoy the convenience of the location. Everyone has different preferences and that is understandable. I am sorry about the dog. I’m not sure if my last text was read or not. I did state that was only my second time to ever hear of the dog so it has not been there a lot. The previous time was 2-3 weeks prior. Out of all my trips I have never personally seen a dog up there. He probably belongs to someone and I will try to find the owner and address this. Looks like an Australian shepherd so I don’t believe he would be a stray. Lastly, the loft is small and kids love it! We could have not done it but we saw the little area and had a vision of a little loft and some spiral stairs that would make a kids day. It does have 2 really nice thick mattresses on twin beds that will give adults a good nights rest if needed. We are blessed to have these homes and many have enjoyed and made memories here. I hope your family did as well. If you ever decide to stay with us again I hope you will have a better experience. Thanks again for staying at the Simply Buffalo II and God bless you!
This property was amazing. The interior of this space was the best by far!! My nephews thought this was the best place we have EVER stayed they talked about it even after we left....
Mother’s Day weekend float trip. This house was amazing and spacious for our large group. Location was perfect for a Tyler Bend to Gilbert float. Host has great communication with renters.
This house is great for a group! Good location and easy to find. We floated with Buffalo River Outfitters near by and the house was in a convenient location going to and from take out points. Clean and well thought out down to even the small details. Definitely recommend!
The cabin is clean, stocked with plenty of amenities. Location is on the highway which to us was the only part we didn't care for. Other than that the location is between 2 towns that have plenty of shopping. Adventures were not far for hiking or kayaking.
There was a snafu with the water because of a broken line but the owner was easy to get a hold of and communicated well. There ended up being no impact on the trip because of the issue. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Great proximity to the river!
Cabin is super clean. The kitchen was better stocked than we had anticipated, so we ended up not having to use most of the cookware we had brought. We did have one issue upon arriving, and the host was accessible, responsive, and more than accommodating. If you do go up to the loft, watch your head. Even though there is a sticker up there warning as much, I didn't see it until I had already bonked my head. Lesson learned. We will definitely want to stay here on our return visit to the Buffalo River.
The main highway is right in front of property. A little dangerous but the inside was beautiful and they had basically everything that you would need. Heather was very helpful.
