Hi, I'm Sherry!

Jeff and I hail from Indiana and Michigan, (Michiana), but left that frigid region in search of more comfortable winters. We're happy to say that we've found it here! Three seasons in one day is no joke, but there is very little snowfall, and we don't ever worry about any other weather conditions in this area. We have lived in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Cosby, now in the quiet little town of Del Rio.

We may be a newly established campground, but we're certainly not new to the art of hospitality. Our journey began in 2013 when we worked for some of the leading OTSs, and progressed into managing properties for other owners. We have enjoyed hosting thousands of guests from all over the world.

We are thrilled to have found this quiet little property in Del Rio on the Trail Fork Creek. Our site features two exquisite glamping tents, a cozy camper, and a beautiful camping site located along the creek. We have plans for three more, another camping site, a RV/camper site and a studio apartment.

We are located conveniently between Hartford and Hot Springs, (less than 30 min either way), we're the perfect spot for water enthusiasts! We even have a friend who is a ACA L4 kayak instructor if you would like to book a trip down the river! For those who prefer a mountain adventure, we're situated near the Cosby entrance to the magnificent Smoky Mountains.

We have two border collie/aussie shepherd dogs that we keep up at the house on the hill. In addition, we have a paralyzed cat named Tinky Winky and an old, friendly calico named Snickerdoodles that roams around the property.

Gardening, raising chickens, butterflies and bees are a few things that we enjoy. It's a great way to stay active and commune with nature!

Why they chose this property

We have security cameras on our house. No cameras are located on the creek side of the property.

We are in the Smoky Mountains on a creek. You may experience cranes, deer, dogs, gnats, rabbits and moo from a nearby cow!

The length of the creek is available for all guests to use.

What makes this property unique

Please be advised that our beautiful natural surroundings also include friendly neighbors, the occasional moo of a cow, a glimpse of deer in the creek, or the cheerful crow of our rooster! We also have an array of beautiful songbirds and butterflies! We hope you'll find these sounds to be a charming reminder of the authentic rural setting you'll be staying in.

Book now and connect with nature in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.
