We are located a 15 minute leisurely walk from Fort Niagara State Park and a short 20 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park.

Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch as children play at the park and the sun sets over the river. This updated 1855 home blends historic charm with modern comfort and features two comfortable queen bedrooms, with blackout shades in both.

We love hosting responsible pet owners! Please read our Pet Policy before reserving your dates:
>Dogs are limited to a strict maximum of two, small dogs (35lb or less)
>Pets must be housebroken and kept off of upholstered furniture.
>Pets must be supervised at all times and can not be left on the property unattended under any circumstances.
>Owner must keep barking to a minimum.
>Pet waste must be removed from yard and disposed of in the trash bins located on the exterior/side of house.
> Pets should be on a leash while outdoors, which includes Falkner Park located across the street.
>We highly recommend treating your pet with flea and tick medication before your trip!
