We stayed Friday to Sunday for a little get away from the day to day. We were very impressed with the cabin. We had everything we needed and were close to all the Lake Rathbun activities we wanted to do. I think I could live there ☺️, but we have to go back to work Monday 😭. We would most definitely stay again!
The cabin was spotless and very well stocked with everything promised on the website. The location offers spectacular views of a pond and a nice trail for walking. The cabin was nice and warm for our February stay and it was peacefully quiet and so relaxing. The only thing that was sightly disappointing is how fast the hot water runs out. Plan on less than a ten minute shower or turn it off and on during the whole shower process. We will definitely be staying again.
The place was nice and quiet. The cabin was good. My only complaint was the ac system was noisy and shook the whole cabin when running. We had to turn it down low to get it to cool properly. The bedroom was warmer then we like. But over all, it was very relaxing. We caught many fish in the pond. Our dogs seemed happy to run around. This was our second time visiting. More than likely will return.

No sleep Cabin!
When we arrived at the cabin, we were given the incorrect code to get in. It took 30 minutes and several texts and phone calls (that went to voicemail) to get the correct code. Because it was 80 degrees out, we had to sit in our vehicle with the engine running and wait. The cabin was neat and clean. the air conditioning unit was unbearable! Every time it kicked on, it shook the walls and sounded like a freight train. We made an effort to sleep with the unit on, which was impossible. Because of that, we only stayed one night.
