We loved the condo and the area. The beach was never too crowded. The condo comfortably fit four adults and two kids and would have easily accommodated at least two more people. We loved the area because it seemed a little more laid back and calmer than other nearby areas. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. The condo itself was clean check-in was very easy even let us check in a few hours early. Was disappointed when we actually saw the condo. It’s a 2bdrm the main bedroom with a pull out couch bed and second bedroom with two double beds and the couch was a pull out bed. There was a total of 10 of us plenty of beds besides the fact that 3 of the beds were broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Two in the second bedroom and the pull out bed in the living room. Only one extra blanket was provided for both pullout beds. 10 of us total and only 4 towels provided. No private laundry there is laundry onsite but you have to pay for it. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom falling down in shower area. After 2 days the AC stopped working. We stayed for a total of 9 days. Access to the beach from the pool was nice. Next time we will spend the extra 200-500 to stay elsewhere.

A Great Family Location

The house was great. It was as advertised! The kitchen was well stocked regarding dishes and cookware. The house was clean. There were a couple of minor needs and we reached out to the property manager and we had resolution within the hour! Also, the following morning, we reached out regarding a maintenance issue and they were also there within the hour and repaired the issue. The communication and attention to customer service was exemplary! There were 12 of us total - our ages ranged from our 88 year old mother to your youngest grandchild who is 9. (7 adults and 5 kids/teenagers). We used the hot tub (which was on site at the house) and pool and it was also well maintained and everyone enjoyed it. We also did local things like shows, Wonder Works was great for the kids, we went to town and rode the Go Karts, had Andy’s ice cream, and also ventured to Springfield and the original Bass Pro Shop and the infamous Lambert’s and caught our share of rolls!
