This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!
*If needing early check-in or late check-out please DO NOT ask until the day before check-in at earliest due possible last minute rentals. If you absolutely NEED it, I would suggest renting the night prior*
*Pet Policy: Only Small Pets under 25 pounds (maximum of 2) allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee per pet).Must have authorization prior to reservation.*
St. Philip Square offers a city block of historic elegance right in the heart of Charleston’s vibrant Cannonborough district. Just one block to King Street, walkable to Charleston’s world-renowned dining, attractions and shopping along King Street.
