The closest lodging to Storyland - you can see it from my golf course balcony deck. The perfect family vacation spot - 4 seasons! Very relaxing location surrounded by mountains. 2 bedrooms sleeping 6 ( master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of adult size bunkbeds ) cable, dvd, WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, fireplace. Balcony looks out on the golf course and you can walk to Storyland!

10 minutes to North Conway shopping, restaurants many area attractions. Great family vacation spot. Full access to my private onsite 9 hole executive golf course, pool, tennis and club house on site ( separate charge payable directly to the Country Club only if you use the facilities, very affordable, charges vary depending days used and if you golf) available in the Summer/Fall. Short drive to 5 Alpine ski areas ( Wildcat, Attitash/Bearpeak, Cranmore, Black and Bretton Woods)and the Jackson touring center for Xcountry skiing 1/2 mile away or out front door on the golf course. Beautiful setting. Nicely decorated very clean 'children' friendly! 3 nite min. ** all linens ( towels and sheets )and cleaning are included in my price - nothing hidden !! 3 night min. and I always try to allow you to arrive early on your check-in day and stay late on your check-out day
Again I provide all your towels, bed linens ( professionally laundered , cleaning and taxes - no hidden costs - Don't be fooled by low nightly rates with additional charges. On site 24 hour property mgmt., on site security, friendly country club staff and I utilize a small, local, family cleaning company for the last 25 years.

Perfect ski condo

This condo met or exceeded all of my family’s needs. The location was a short drive to several ski mountains and all the restaurants and shopping that North Conway has to offer.

I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. Everything was perfect, including the communication with Ken from the super cozy and comfortable master bed. My kids love sleeping in the bunk room and we had a fabulous time, sledding down the hill and playing scramble and sundry games for the evening. This place is so close to Cranmore where we went tubing and Attitash for skiing. The kitchen as well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner. He even let us have a later check out, which was so very kind Again. I highly recommend this place.. We will be back !

Great view from the balcony especially with the new adorondeck chairs! Nice big living area and bathroom. Could have been cleaner but Ken refunded our cleaning charge. Bed was comfortable too. It wasn’t real quiet because the road traffic was right there.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s a great location when visiting Storyland as you can walk there. Lots of other great attractions nearby as well. We loved all the details like boardgames, family dvds, and a well stocked kitchen. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo in the perfect location. It is right across the street from Story Land. After spending a long day in the park it was nice to just cross the street and be home. The condo is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time in the mountains.

Had a great stay here.

Great place and centrally located to everything in the area. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and the views from the balcony were great. Ken the owner is great to work with and very responsive to any issues. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Great Location

This rental is close to so many attractions. The golf course on the property is 9 par 3 holes and makes for a fun short game. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The front balcony offers a nice view and a comfortable place to sit. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect for Storyland

October Long Weekend Trip

The property was everything as it was described. Well organized and very well decorated. The owner/manager was extremely helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Hampshire. The only thing not perfect was the weather because it was either overcast or rainy most of the time during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

great choice for storyland

We had an amazing trip! Property manager was very responsive, helped with check in arrangements and with small questions that came up during the stay. It was unseasonably hot during our visit and AC worked really well, very comfortable. So convenient to Storyland. Nice quiet complex with beautiful views. We did not use the pool, etc. - just to know, this unit is fairly far from the pool.

Quick trip wonderful stay

This was a quick last minute stay as we decided t stay and do more than just tube the Saco. Ken was wonderful about getting paperwork and forms to me quickly so we could get everything done last minute. The rooms were cute and well furnished and lacked for nothing. My only request would be new pillows as mine was definitely hard. Everything was as described and close to everywhere we needed to get to but far enough away that we felt the quiet and peacefulness of the area. It was a great place and I would most definitely go back! Thank you for a great visit Ken.

Wonderful Stay - Very convenient location

We had a wonderful stay. Our grandchild (and us older kids) had a wonderful time at StoryLand which is right across the street. We just walked over. The Auto Road to Mt. Washington is just down the street and it is easy to get into Conway. Condo was very clean and well appinted. Thanks to the Martins.

We have owned the condo since 1985, This is our family vacation property so we keep it perfect.

Four season vacation spot, Storyland, North Conway shopping and nightlife, great restaurants, out standing skiing with a variety of mountains very close and beautiful fall foliage. All from a beautiful country club location. Our cleaning crew has worked for us for the last 25 years and lives near the property and is very responsive. Our linens are professionally laundered and purchased new annually.

What makes this property unique

Truly the closest rental property to Storyland - you can see the entrance to the South of our golf course facing balcony. Family friendly, very safe for children, we leave a variety of family movies to enjoy on a new HD TV while sitting by the fireplace. Relax on the balcony looking out at the golf course and Attitash Mountain ski area.
