About this property

Beautiful home in gated community - perfect for Masters 2023

Beautiful open floor plan with rocking chair front porch and second floor balcony. Home has two Master bedrooms with king bed accommodations- one Master on each floor. Media room has 75-inch TV and surround sound with comfortable seating, as well as wine fridge and wet bar. Chef’s kitchen, enclosed and temperature controlled back porch with TV for relaxing evenings in comfort. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. All rooms have been freshly painted and decorated including a new TV in each room. Additional photos or FaceTime walkthrough possible.

You'll have quick access to Washington Road, which will take you to the Augusta National Golf Club in 13 miles. Other areas of interest are: 1.5 miles - Local Dining, Groceries and Retail (Starbucks, Publix, McDonalds, Ironwood Tavern, CVS, Anytime Fitness, etc.) 2.5 miles, in our housing development - Champions Retreat Golf Club (Location of 2021 Augusta National Women's Amateur) 8 miles - Clarks Hill Lake (Swimming, Boat Rentals, Horseback Riding, Frisbee Golf Course, etc.) 11 miles - Savannah Rapids Park - Bike, Kayak and Canoe rentals that will take you between the Savannah River and the Augusta Canal, all the way to downtown Augusta. This rental can include use of new four seater Liberty golf cart.
