Lovely, Comfortable studio with a beautiful Ocean View.
Excellent location in the Amapas/Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.
The "Le Petit Coeur" studio is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
So close to all amenities, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet

Fully equipped Studio with a Queen-size bed, in a quiet and charming colonial-style building with lush tropical gardens and a swimming pool.

Living area with sitting area and dining table
Wifi and SMART TV connected to HBO Streaming, Arte, TV5 Monde, Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker).
Towels, kitchen towels, sheets, pillows, blankets and quilts provided.
Terrace furniture on a large balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay of Banderas and the beautiful sunbathing of Vallarta.
Access to the swimming pool only a few steps from the studio: beach towels are provided.
You also have access to the building's laundry facilities at no extra charge.

You can walk to the beach and the city center,
just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to all the attractions and nightlife of the Romantic Zone.
A car is not necessary but in case you use it you can park right in front of the building.
When you don't feel like walking you can take a cab or Uber for less than 3 usd. There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the building to get to the center or to Mismaloya along the coast.
It is necessary to use the stairs: they are stairs that start from the entrance of the building and lead to the common area of the pool. It is a total of 4 flights but pleasant because of the vegetation.

Wonderful view

We really liked our stay here. Better than we even expected. I sat on the balcony every day and watched the sunset. Also very good for birdwatching! It was clean, comfortable and though just off aain road not too noisy. This space is a hidden gem. Be prepared for climbing stairs though, it is up/down 4 flights of stairs. We appreciated the exercise though! Also a good spot to walk from, we got a lot of exercise walking to town and the beach.

Quaint studio apartment with a lovely balcony and beautiful video. Stocked efficiency kitchen enough for cooking a few meals in. A 10-15 min walk along the highway and down the hill to the main area of Zona Romantica and the gay bars. They were upfront about all the stairs, and yes be prepared for the up and down both the hill and then the stairs of the condo complex. Not for the mobility impaired. Some noise in the mornings from the onsite staff workroom next door, but we brought ear plugs which made it ok. Overall good place and would stay again.

A lovely stay

I had a lovely time staying here! The balcony is very large and has a great view. It was super relaxing. The pics are very accurate to what the place is. WiFi was strong throughout the whole stay and having access to HBO and Netflix was cool. I spent each evening in the pool and didn’t ever have anyone else out there. As mentioned in another review, there are a lot of stairs, specifically to go direct down to the beach, but at least you’re going down! You can walk up the hill to get back up to the spot and that’s not bad, or a car is very cheap to get up there. The stairs didn’t take away at all from a really great stay! Would for sure stay again. The owner was super responsive and helpful the whole time too.

Beau petit studio bien équipé et très fonctionnel. La pièce principale pour nous a été le grand et magnifique balcon qui a une vue panoramique sur la mer et la ville. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain... c'est tout dire. Par contre, il y a aussi un petit boisé à proximité qui abrite de nombreuses poules et coqs, le chants de ceux-ci commence tôt.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour au "Petit coeur". Tout est très fonctionnel et surtout extrêmement propre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'hôte a toujours bien repondu a nos demandes. Le seul petit hic, les escalers pour se rendre au studio sont très etroites. De plus si vous avez des problèmes avec vos genoux, plus difficile pour se rendre a la plage, mais sinon tout etait parfait.

Nous essayons toujours d'offrir le meilleur service et attention á nos invités. Le logement est situé sur une petit butte qui lui permet d'avoir un magnifique panorama depuis son balcon. Ce petit plus oblige á accéder directement á la plage par des escaliers récemment aménagés et á seulement 5 minutes á pied.
