Welcome to Nuttin’ Better — a gorgeous new cabin that’s just a stone’s throw away (10 Minutes) from all that Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer, yet nestled on the mountainside where you can enjoy fresh air from multi-level patios.

With 4 bedrooms + bunk corner, our cabin sleeps 12 and has spacious hangout areas, so bring the whole family and all your friends for some quality time!
**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
Located in the Chalet Village community, we are just 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Dollywood.
Come ready to enjoy this wonderland of a cabin — with theatre room, game room with pool table and shuffleboard, arcades, fire pit, BBQ grill, hot tub, huge “spa-retreat” master bedroom, and mountain views from multiple decks, there truly is “Nuttin’ Better” ;)

* 3-level decks with gorgeous views of the mountains and cabins nestled on the hills
* Bubbling hot tub to enjoy fresh air and a nice outdoor lounge to cool off afterwards
* Gas BBQ grill to grill your favorite foods
* Gas fire pit with comfy seating to enjoy evening drinks and s'mores
* The Chalet Village community has a public pool available to use in the summer season, and guests will also have access to the community tennis courts and the Chalet Village North Clubhouse

THE BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS + MORE

* Upstairs: 1 king bed primary bedroom with beautiful views and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Additional bunk area in the loft with 1 twin over twin bunk and 1 twin XL over twin XL bunk
* Main level: 2 bedrooms each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom (1 of the bathrooms also has a door to the living area)
* Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom

***FIREPLACE: Fireplaces will be shut from April - October for the summer season.

* Pet Policy: Dogs only - $150 non-refundable pet service fee. Only potty-trained dogs over 2 years old and under 35 lbs. Up to 2 dogs max. Must be well-trained and do not chew. Cannot be left in the cabin alone unless crated. If we find that you have failed to adhere to the policy (exceed max number of dogs, weight of dogs, etc) we will reserve the right to assess a minimum fine of $300.

* Age Policy: Must be over 25 years old to book. Must have supervision of adult over 25 years old at all times.
