6 adult bedrooms containing 7 adult beds, 1 kids' room containing 2 toddler beds, 3.5 bathrooms. Clean, new modern house on 2 beautiful private acres just a mile from several of Virginia's best wineries. Not far from horse shows, Sky Meadow State Park, Middleburg, Paris, Marshall, and other charming towns. No pets, no exceptions.
The space
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 5 adult beds and 2 full baths. Main level has kitchen/dining/living/toilet. Downstairs has 2 adult bedrooms + 1 kids' room + full bathroom. Guest access
Private paved driveway accessible from public gravel street. Gravel country road is nice for a walk, and walking distance to Three Fox Vineyards and Brewery, but vehicle required to drive 5 minutes to other wineries, to Sky Meadow State Park, or to Upperville, Paris, Middleburg, etc.
Other things to note
We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the Virginia countryside. We provide 2 large new smart TVs that connect to your Netflix, etc. (we do not provide the Netflix account). We do provide basic Wifi and free access to high-definition digital library of 1,000 movies and shows.
