Easy access to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, the Colorado Railroad Museum, world-class ski areas, Casinos in Black Hawk, Denver and Boulder, makes Golden an ideal location for travelers.

The space
This is 1 of 2 homes built in Colorado with the surplus of bricks that was used to build the famous Union Station train depot in Downtown Denver. Lots of history here!
Guest access
The entire upstairs area is 100% for guest use. There is an office downstairs that will be used occasionally by the business next door. But they have direct access to the basement from the exterior of the house.

Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

Awesome Stay in Golden

Clean home, walkable to downtown Golden. Host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. Would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself to be in Golden again. Thank you!

Walkable comfort

My husband and I stayed 11 days here in early November. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as well as take lengthy walks/runs on paved trails that led everywhere in and out of town. For the two of us the house was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had been updated and made for cooking meals if we wanted to stay in. One caution I would advise is that there is only one small bathroom so if you are with family perhaps not a major flaw but if you are with other couples for example this space is not very private. I say this as something to be aware of not a deal breaker.
