About this property

Lakeside Sand Beach House on 3 Acres of fun Near Nisswa and Cross Lake.

Come be in the heart of the Brainerd Nisswa area. Everything is nearby but you won't be able to tell with the 3 acres of woods and Private Sand Beach Protected on both sides. The sunsets are Amazing with the property facing to the west. The property is all flat all the way to the beach and we are lakefront with nothing blocking the view. There is a beach house right next to the lake with full access to the paddle board, Kayak, beach toys. Lake Edward is a 2600 acre lake which is very clean, sand bottom throughout. We just finished a Game room where you will find a Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games,Card Table. The fishing is very good with a variety of types of fish. We have added a separate game room which is ideal for keeping the noise down and having space when the weather is not cooperating. There is a resort on the lake where you can get gas and snacks, etc. There is a pontoon available for rent that you see in the pictures. In the winter there is a snowmobile trail right out front of the house. We have a 8 person jacuzzi hot tub available except in summer months. Enjoy your stay at our paradise!!

The best part of this trip is our host . Mark is excellent . I ve never come across such a helpful and supportive host in Vrbo . He helped us through the snow storm and let us stay longer than booking ..He helped our grp a lot . Home is very clean and well kept . It was a wonderful place for having our entire family of 16 people. Plenty of space to spread out and have alone time as well as group time. Kitchen was great - this VRBO was the most well stocked we have ever had - plenty of dishes and appliances to make our stay great. Kids were in the water alot and used a number of the water toys. It was the best possible place for our annual family time.
