PLEASE NOTE* PARKING DECAL MUST be placed back in unit on table before Check -out. If for any reason PARKING DECAL is not returned a $50 fee will be assessed for DECAL REPLACEMENT.
Check-out instructions: 1-Please Ring Doorbell on check-out to deactivate. 2-Please lock the door and place the key back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for guests will be in the visitor section in the back of the buildings. Guest must park in visitors parking area ONLY.
All repair and damage issues must be reported promptly on platform. Requests submitted without photos will not be prioritized and may lead to delays.
Host will not be responsible for any repair or damage reported without the necessary photographic evidence. Failure will result in dismissal or delay.
