DETAILS: This luxurious, professionally decorated, 2 story, 2+ bedroom / 3-bath condo is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Situated on the south side of 30A and next to the fine shops and restaurants, it is perfect for a couples' getaway. The Mercado, Spanish for market, was the winner of the 2007 Builder's Choice Award for Project of the Year. Designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects of Memphis, TN, the building has been described as having the most successfully European feel" with crisp millwork, vaulted ceilings, deep dormer windows, and open balconies. This upscale condo provides a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TVs, and plenty of room - nearly 2,000 sq. feet!

- Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

What a day at 30A!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very nicely decorated and the two upper master bedrooms is an excellent feature for two couples. The location is fantastic. On the square, close to shops, restaurants and the farmers market (Sundays). While the management company has some challenging reviews, we have no complaints and will stay here again.
