End-unit town home/condo located in Woodridge at The Villages in Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

SLEEPS 13! 6 Beds + pullout sofa & sleeper chair. New flooring throughout living areas!

BEDS: Master bedroom has a king bed and balcony. The remaining bedrooms have a queen, full and single twin & twin over full bunk bed respectively, along with a pullout sofa is in living room and sleeper chair upstairs.

MOUNTAIN ACCESS: During natural snow conditions the unit is SKI-IN, requiring about a 50 foot walk from the last point of skiing to the door. Shuttle can drop you one stop up to ski down, or at the base of the resort.

Free HIGH SPEED WiFi INTERNET ACCESS

KITCHEN: Fully equipment.

ENTERTAINMENT: The living room has a 40 inch HD TV (with HD service) and NFL REDZONE (all games' coverage) during regular season. All 4 of the bedrooms have HDTV and there are 4 DVD players with assorted videos.

Gas fireplace- fire at just the flip of a switch

Spacious ground level deck just off the dining area with lots of seating and a propane grill.

Condo is a very short stroll to the Woodridge community area (3 min walk!) with in ground pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, and community grilling area.

The two-level unit sits directly across from the shuttle stop #31 (you can stand at the door and see the shuttle pull up!) Shuttle offers round the clock service to hotel and lodge (restaurants, bars, bowling, mini golf, indoor pool, arcade, etc,.)

Lots of activities on site or nearby: 18 hole golf course, ski lifts, shooting range, horseback riding, fishing, wineries, white water rafting, Flight 93 Memorial and more!

We had a lovely time at this condo. We traveled with a group of adults and kids and the layout was perfect for a large group. Plenty of seating for everyone and good privacy in the bedrooms! The 3 full baths was really an added plus! This was probably one of the most well equipped rentals we’ve stayed at. There were abundant extras (blanket/pillows). And the kitchen was superb. Everything we needed was there, we appreciated having enough dishes for a large group for multiple meals. There was ample rock salt which was important for the winter storm. Appreciated the preparation. Owners were communicative and flexible when we ended up needed to book an extra night due to a winter storm. The unit is ski in as advertised, but it was easier to take the shuttle for one stop or get picked up. We had a lot of snow when we were there so the walk to the unit wasn’t ideal. No problem on the shuttle though, as mentioned in description the covered shuttle stop is right across from the unit. We will definitely plan to stay here again! Thank you!

We loved staying here. There is so much to do in the area and this was a convenient, comfortable and clean place. We had a small group but it would be easy to have two families here. The amenities were great, the place was stocked making for a great long weekend retreat.

This condo was as advertised and worked well for our girls weekend trip to Seven Springs. There were 5 of us, and there was plenty of space. The common areas were very spacious and clean, and the kitchen had all of the essentials. Having the shuttle stop right outside was very convenient too.

Stayed here with family and friends for the Total Archery Challenge. This is a nice first level property with convenient parking and access. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access just down the road to the main lodge area. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is bigger than we originally expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, though our friends said the queen bed sagged a bit. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for a ski weekend. We loved everything about the house and if we come back to seven springs, then we will definitely rent again.

The condo is stocked with nearly anything that you could ever need, including towels, linens, soap, coffee and a kitchen with all the extras of home. And with sleeping for 13 and 3.5 baths, everyone can spread out as much as you desire!

The views are gorgeous and there is so much to do: fishing, biking, skiing, tubing, shooting or just relaxing, there is never a dull moment. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. In the winter, we cozy in next to the fire after a long day of skiing before having some fun at the Foggy Goggle! In the summer, we enjoy the Alpine Slide, local wineries and the pool!

What makes this property unique

Ski-in with sleeper sofa allows 13 to sleep comfortably! Sleeper chair adds upstairs for additional area for one small adult or child, making it 13. First floor unit, no lugging equipment upstairs. Free Wi-Fi, DVD players in every room. Shuttle stop is right outside, so stay warm in the winter and watch for the bus from inside! In the summer, Woodridge's pool, volleyball, basketball, hot tub and playground are just short walk (3 minutes!) from our place. Enjoy year-round fun at our condo!
