Stayed at Balboa Marina apartment for 2 weeks while in Hot Springs Village. I was there to assist family with our ailing uncle. The apartment was terrific, brand new, clean, spacious--easy parking. Very quite. The apartment is set up with supplies, coffee pods & sugar if needed. I would stay here again.
