This 4-bedroom Cape House is close to town and beaches with great outdoor spaces, & views over conservation woodlands. Access to Chatham's Downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants is a short stroll away. Oyster Pond Beach (no beach parking sticker required) is also a short distance away and is a great swimming hole, especially for young kids, with lifeguards, and excellent restrooms. The majestic Chatham Light and the picturesque Atlantic-facing sands of Lighthouse Beach are about 1 mile from the doorstep of this vacation rental home. Entertain with friends and family with this great room (kitchen, dining, and living) concept. On cool summer nights enjoy cocktails in the bug-free three-season screened-in sun-room too...this home is well-outfitted for any summer stay!
