We make it easy to plan your vacation on Cape Cod in Chatham, MA. This well-appointed, renovated home is centrally and conveniently located to all that Chatham and the surrounding towns have to offer. Enjoy the downtown Main Street "Old Village" with restaurants and shops plus beaches, Fish Pier and Cape-league baseball only a short stroll away. When you return for the evening enjoy the patio, grill out or just relax in front of the flat screen TV and watch your favorite movie. There are also bikes for a ride on the bike path or to Light House Beach.

The house has central AC, washer and dryer, a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and outside shower. On the main level, there is a king bedroom with king-sized bed, double closet and en suite bath with shower. Second and third bedrooms include one full bed and two twin beds, respectively, both with double closets. There is also another full bath with tub and shower. The comfortable living room includes two couches and a flat screen TV while the lower level features a family room with TV and a bunk room that sleeps 2 in bunk beds. Enjoy your meals or a game of cards in the dining room. Or, take in those beautiful Chatham nights outside on the patio with gas grill plus fire pit.

And because we know that packing and travel can be a headache, we start you with the basics. You’ll find much of what you need upon arrival including: Linens, Bath and Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Bikes w/Helmets and High Speed Internet. We even provide many household staples to get you started – Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, etc. just so you don’t have to bring it all with you or make a grocery run. The house was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Beach chairs, bikes, spices, lotions, lots of towels. Walkable to Chatham and a playground. Nice back yard and table to eat at. The owner was so responsive to questions, and checked in on us when arrived. We will rent from here again when we return to Chatham.

Great Stay in Chatham!

Great central Chatham location, house was more than equipped to handle a party of 6 with three young boys. Outdoor space was comfortable and secluded. Owners were very responsive and helpful! Definintely recommend.

Sweet Chatham Cottage

We had a lovely stay here. House was very clean and as pictured. We really enjoyed the bikes! Very peaceful. Owner was very responsive to our needs and had a plumbing problem fixed immediately. I highly recommend this cottage!

Lovely Cottage

We were very pleased with our choice in Chatham. The neighborhood was great for bike riding and walking without trafffic. Our grandchildren enjoyed their lower level “retreat” away from adults upstairs. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and most important it was clean and inviting.

So close to seals!

The house was fantastic—very comfortable for 2 adults and 4 teens. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We used the bikes every day. Very easy ride to downtown Chatham and the fish pier—-where there harbor seals at most times of the day. A highlight of our trip. Owners were very communicative and great!

Diane and Jay were both very available and communicated with us very quickly. They also gave recommendations for great places to eat and have coffee and ice cream! The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and less than a mile from the ocean, Chatham Bars Inn, main street and Chatham fishing pier. It’s a perfect central location! They had bikes for us to use while we were there, which was fun for us all to use and see area. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fire pit (including some wood), grill, hammock and patio table outside were great amenities for us to use!!! I would highly recommend Diane and Jay and this property!!

Great family rental

Super clean, neat and well-appointed rental in quiet neighborhood close to downtown Chatham. Owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I think this is a perfect place for a family with kids. Easy bike ride or walk to downtown and other conveniences like the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking/running. We walked to Chatham Village Bakery and Cafe on Crowell Rd. almost every morning!

Perfect Chatham House

We had a great time at Diane’s place in Chatham! It is in a great location in a nice neighborhood. The house was spotless and so well organized!!! It had everything we needed and more! Calm and relaxing stay

This was a lovely rental with good walking access to Chatham and easy drive to several beaches. We used the bikes to cycle to a nearby swimming lake for an early swim, and our grandchildren were thrilled with the beach toys. Everything was to hand in the kitchen, which was spotless and well equipped. We were very comfortable inside and out and it made it so easy to have kitchen basics provided. Diane and Jay have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel home from home. As UK visitors we enjoyed the Cape and its attractions and highly recommend this property.

Perfect Chatham home base

We had a wonderful time at Diane's cottage with our family, including grandparents and young children (3 and 1 year old). The house had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We used the kitchen and grill extensively, and the fire pit was a big hit for s'mores in the evening. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we had several peaceful evenings laying in the hammock and watching the stars. The location was great, with an easy 10-minute drive to the main beaches and 5-minute drive downtown to the stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Diane was very responsive to our questions and checked in proactively as we settled into the house. We loved our stay and can't wait to return to Chatham!

Delightful spot

This is a perfect house to stay in. Although we were only two, we found the interior to be comfortable, clean, and very attractive. The master bed was comfortable and the master bath updated and sparkling. The thoughtfully arranged kitchen had excellent utensils and appliances which we enjoyed using. While it was too cool to sit outside, we could see that it would be a great place to hang out for adults and kids. And the village and beaches are close at hand. Our host Diane was easy to reach when we had questions. We would definitely return for even more than 4 nights.

A wonderful house for a family vacation

The house is in Chatham which is a great location on Cape Cod. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but a lot of places are nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and backyard daily. The house was perfect for our party of 7. It was immaculate and cozy. I really liked the layout and how the bedrooms are on the main floor. This was helpful for my parents, who have mobility issues. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk room. The kitchen is amazing & it was nice the table was big enough for all of us. We were all impressed by the amount of amenities that are included with the house. We did not get a chance to use any of the bikes, but we enjoyed the board games during our one rainy day. The outdoor shower came in handy when coming back from the beach. It was very easy to contact Diane with any questions that I had. The variety of information that she provided ahead of time was extremely helpful. This was the first family vacation that we all enjoyed & I think a big part of that was staying at the house. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Cape Cod.

Great Family Vacation Home

Quiet neighborhood, lovely yard for adults and kids. Very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We used the beach chairs and sand toys. It was nice not have to lug all that stuff with us! We had great weather and took full advantage of it! Diane was easy to get in touch with to answer questions. She was very quick with a response. Perfect fit

What first struck me was how clean this house was. The newness of the kitchen and many of the building details made this home easy to step into. It had all the amenities we needed (I hate having to think to buy or bring trash bags etc). We loved the bike selection and all the games and beach gear lightened our load. It’s in a super quiet neighborhood where we felt easy walking the streets into town. The rooms worked out great for us having a little one to hide off in the basement bunks while everyone else could continue visiting upstairs. I’ve been to tons of chatham rentals and this was up in my top 3 for sure. I do wish it was a little closer to town (bc of said little one). The only suggestion I have would be to change the laundrying of the sheet policy. It’s really hard to get 4 bedroom sheets washed before 10 am departure and we felt the need to be up super early to get it done. I might just bring my own next time to avoid this. We had a beautiful week and loved this house. As someone who picks the house for the whole extended family- you made me look good!

Great house and location in Chatham

This is a lovely house on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decor with a beachy New England feel. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Our first night we walked into town to eat at The Chatham Squire (about a 15-20 minute stroll) taking us through mostly residential neighborhoods. It's only a 5 minute drive into town from the house. We also took advantage of the large selection of bicycles and road on the Chatham Bike Trail. Some of us only went to the edge of town while others rode all the way to Harwich. It is also conveniently located to Chatham Village Bakery and Cafe on Crowell that is a great place to go for coffee, sandwiches and bakery goods. Spent many hours trying to find a reasonable house that could accommodate 6 and was close to town and this house was perfect.

Felt like our home away from home

Stayed for a week at this beautiful home in Chatham with my husband and 4 boys ages 7-13. The house was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. It truly felt like home as soon as we entered. The older boys loved having the bunk room and their own family room downstairs. The house was stacked with towels, bikes, beach chairs/toys, games and all the basics that many homes do not supply. The location was great as it was in a quiet neighborhood but had easy access to the bike path. We loved Chatham Perk for breakfast which was a quick bike ride away. Was a little wary that there wasn't any A/C but it didn't matter. The house had great fans everywhere and with the windows opened, the house felt cool and comfortable. Great find!
