Welcome to the Sea Palace! This lovely 3 bed 2 bath oceanfront home nestled on the edge of the pacific will surround you in comfort and amaze you with spectacular ocean views. From the balcony, you can frequently spot whales and watch the waves pound the rocky beach. The coveted location is on Ocean View Drive, which is adjacent to the 804 Trail and easy walking distance to downtown Yachats.
Added amenities include a private hot tub, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a fully fenced backyard.
The home boasts three levels with bedrooms on two separate levels and a detached guest room. The unique design allows individual guests added privacy. Although there are plenty of places to spread out you will also find a wonderful gathering area in the upstairs great room. Here there is a balcony for viewing the ocean, where for the patient, Whales can often be spotted, a smart TV with streaming, and a second fireplace.
The third story of the Sea Palace boasts the "crow's nest". This window-filled area of the home is like climbing the mast and looking out to Sea. The Crow’s Nest presents an incredible vista for storm-watching or enjoying the sunsets.
The entry-level of the home includes the master bedroom, bath, laundry, and living room with a fireplace.
A few steps across the back deck leads to an additional large bedroom with abundant windows, a king-sized bed, TV, sofa, and writing table.

The entire home, has a detached guest room, hot tub, yard, and driveway.
The garage is NOT accessible to guests.
