Nice location in Destin!

Nice location in Destin and on the beach. The unit has aged some and could use some freshening up. It was fine for our stay.

The Beach in Apt 309a

Great location, amazing views and steps to the beach. Condo was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and nice and quiet at night.

What a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The door is right across from elevator so that was a plus. Wish there were stairs but that’s ok. We did have to unclog the drain in the main bathroom as we pulled a ton of hair out of the shower drain which was disgusting but we didn’t want to bother calling maintenance for a quick fix. The beach service was outstanding, and our suite supplied extra beach chairs, toys, etc.

Friendly, clean, great location

We would stay here again! The condo was right by the elevator, convenient for my elderly father, the beach was right out back, and it was clean. The owners were very responsive and friendly.
