Located in the exclusively gated neighborhood of Destiny West, Emerge in Sea is a showstopper of a beach house. The three-level home features white exteriors, a gray roof, and multiple balconies, creating a beacon of beach chic that stands out, even among other top-rated properties. Palm-studded grounds, a stone paver drive, a courtyard with a private pool, and a curved staircase that leads to the house entrance add to the stately feel. The home boasts seven bedrooms and eight and a half baths. In total, it can accommodate up to 18 vacationers—perfect for a big family vacation, getaway with friends, or a multi-family trip.

Upon arrival, you’ll be wowed by the coastal majesty of this fairytale-like property. And the interior is even more impressive! You’ll enter the home on the second floor, where the main great room is located. The modern space combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes an elegant U-shaped sectional, two leather armchairs, and two cushioned accent chairs set around an oversized rug and a sleek marble cocktail table. The setup faces a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. Nearby is an additional intimate seating arrangement with two contemporary chairs and a round-topped table. Gleaming tile floors extend into the dining area, which features a white dining table and ten slip-covered chairs. With an open floor plan and top-of-the-line amenities, the kitchen is a chef’s dream. It has custom white cabinets, an expansive island with stool seating, stainless steel appliances, and a combination of pendant and recessed lighting. Next to the kitchen is a wet bar with three raised chairs, pendant lights, and a pelican art piece on the wall. From here, guests can access the second-level balcony, which faces the gulf and offers incredible beach views.

Take the stairs down to the first floor, where you’ll find an epic game room and bonus living area. The game room boasts a ping pong table, foosball table, poker table surrounded by sunny windows, a kid’s game table, and two lounge chairs that face a wall-mounted TV. The adjacent den has a wraparound couch, kitchenette, and flatscreen TV. Not to be outdone, each of the home’s seven bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. All include flatscreen TVs, balcony access, and stylish coastal décor. Most have private baths.

The primary suite is on the top floor, and suite is putting it lightly! This gorgeous bedroom includes a king-size bed, a full seating area with a couch and armchairs, a TV, and access to the beach-facing balcony. The private primary bath is equally chic with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a royal-blue bench seat. Another king-size guest bedroom is on this level with an ensuite tub/shower combination. Additionally, a bedroom with two queen beds has access to a Jack-n-Jill bath with a walk-in shower and a bonus room with a queen-size futon. Two other guest bedrooms are on the first floor—one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and patio access.

In addition to the indoor accommodations, guests will revel in the private outdoor space. A luxury pool with waterfall features graces the center of the yard. Surrounding the pool is a sundeck with lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ grill. There is also a covered patio complete with a TV and dining area.
