Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house, everything you need with the high price

We had a great stay at the beach Sunflower. The house was very spacious and clean and had everything that we needed including extra storage space and balconies on the front and back porches. This house was perfect for us and the price was even better.

Great family weekend!

The house is very well maintained and was a comfortable size for 5 adults. Great location to the beach and the boardwalk. No issues with this property and I would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and close to the beach!

Property was just as described. Very clean and close access to the beach. I do think that the beds mattress’ should be updated or mattress pads be placed on beds. They were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. I did have to buy wash clothes and hand soap upon arrival. The rental only had 2 wash clothes for 4 people. The location was great, close to town and easy access to the beach.
