This was my second stay at this lovely property, and it was just as wonderful as the first stay. The house was immaculately clean, and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, cooking paraphernalia, and towels - everything my family and I could need. And nothing beats the proximity to the beach. Will definitely book here again if we are able to.

The house was clean and super close to the beach. It’s far enough away from the hotels and condos that it’s more of a private beach feel but close enough where you can take the trolley or ride bikes to grab dinner. Had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone.

The location was ideal, just across a quiet street from beach access. The beach was beautiful. The home was small but it served our four adults and one three year old just fine. Thank you for sharing the home with us.

Loved it! Everything was ready and so clean! When you walked thru the door, you could smell that it was freshly cleaned. I like that! Proximity to the beach is fantastic. Highly recommend. We will be repeat guests.

The listing says king bed, but it only has Queen in Master Bedroom. It also says che kout at 10:00am, but sign in kitchen says 9:30 am no exceptions.

Great Location

The location of the property was wonderful. It was the best part of the property. Now, I appreciate a clean rental like anyone else but I feel like if we can smell the cleaning chemical from outside the door it might be too much.... We had to leave all the doors open for a hours to get the smell out. It was overpowering and nauseating. The major disappointment of the property, was outside in the back. There were nails and screws laying all over the back patio. I thought about going to pick them up but that would have taken a whole day. Luckily we didn't have little kids with us and the teenagers are smart enough to pay attention to where they step after rinsing in the outdoor shower. Small things, like the stove turning on with barely a touch. Again, thank goodness we didn't have small kids. We couldn't find potholders, so we had to use towels... Those little things could make a big difference to some.

Absolutely Wonderful

The house was just about perfect. Its proximity to the beach was fantastic - just cross the street & you're on the access path. The house was clean with a fully stocked kitchen (i.e., utensils - everything you would ever need), smart TVs in each bedroom, strong water pressure - just all around very comfortable. The location is terrific - far enough away from the hotels, but not that far to jump in the car to get to the boardwalk. Complimentary umbrella & beach chairs came with our booking, but there are also a ton of beach paraphernalia the house has that you can use. All around lovely stay & I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

Location is amazing…just across a quiet street to the beach. Very clean beach and wasn’t crowded. There’s a borrow box across the street where you can borrow and bring back various beach related items. There’s also plenty of beach gear in the property’s back yard. Would definitely stay again. We had a great time.
