Hutto Casita 5 min from Kalahari Resorts & Dell Diamond!

Hutto casita is minutes away from the Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resort. This neighborhood is very peaceful and private. It used to be our office space that was converted into a cozy home. It has a fully stocked kitchen with an induction stove. It has two bedrooms and a fully living room. It also has a futon for extra sleeping space.

Our home is a shared property and is divided into two sides like a duplex. We have a side A and B side. Each side has there own private entrance.

Nice property and neighborhood. The house had all amenities listed and the kitchen was stocked with all plates, cups, cooking utensils, spices, etc.

Great use of space

It was the perfect size for our 6#, everyone had a place to sleep. We opted for the evening option (5-9pm) at Kalahari waterpark and saved a lot of money by staying at the Hutto Casita

Property had not been cleaned upon arrival, but host was very responsive and quickly arranged for emergency cleaning and discounted one nights stay. Property, which is for sale, is basic and functional in a so so neighborhood.

Cute property

Loved the house. Only drawbacks were instructions on how to find the house initially and the connecting wall between us and the other side of the duplex needs to be soundproof. But hosts are very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely rent the unit again when staying in Hutto. Thank you!

Sparse but clean

Overall it was ok. The beds were not comfortable. There was no oven. No washer and dryer. Had towels but no wash cloths or hand towels. Could not control the heat or the air condition past a certain point. It was a duplex and at times the neighbors were loud due to the paper thin walls. We weren’t sure how safe the area was. But the location was convenient for our stay.

Thank you for your review Maria! We do not state in the listing that this property has an oven or washer or dryer at all. There is a reason for that so you do not have the expectation of an oven or washer or dryer. Our guest do have control of the a/c there is one thermostat on your side of the duplex and another on side b. Thank you again for the feedback we appreciate it.
