This home is easily accessible from Interstate 10 and only 30 minutes from Tucson International Airport. It is located in a quiet up neighborhood with private parking and a private back yard. You will enjoy quiet evenings around the pool and the brand new Jacuzzi hot tub will be the perfect place to unwind. (pool heat is an additional fee)* The pool & hot tub are checked weekly. Mexican Sage gives us the basics that is on everyone's wish list: great location, near hiking, biking, golf, shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. As you branch out, other points of interest a an easy 35-40 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
We have a nice distinction of being next to the Tucson Omni Golf Resort and Tucson's paved 100 mile bike path. Plus a hop and a skip from Catalina State Park.
