No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm, please be respectful to our kind, full time resident neighbors. Our house is on septic, only flush toilet paper and natural waste. No pets allowed and no smoking (of any kind) inside or outside, you will forfeit your deposit to cover the additional cleaning fee.

It's a great property and our family of 6 kids really enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and the deer.The pool wasn't clean enough, but the host had the pool guy come who said that the chlorine reading was 0. A little more attention to burned out bulbs and exhaust fans in bathroom areas, would be nice.

We also want to be transparent about the pool: a heavy rainstorm right before your arrival diluted the chemical levels more than usual, which is why the chlorine reading was low. This isn't typical for us and we had our pool guy out for an extra cleaning to make sure the pool was clean for your family. Thank you also for the heads up on the bulbs and exhaust fans. Our maintenance is addressing that!

What a lovely property with plenty of spaces to spread out! The deer that welcomed us were amazing! We particularly liked the large open living spaces. It was also just a few minutes away from downtown and all the amenities. We highly recommend this house!

Great hill country get away.

Beautiful peaceful getaway!

I came here with some friends from college and had the most amazing stay! So close to all the wineries and town. The outside area and pool were even better than the pictures and we had a beautiful dinner outside one night. Love this house and host was very responsive and made for such an easy weekend trip!

Great Hill Country Getaway
