Family owned and operated by the Hatch's of Denver Colorado. The Hatch's have 4 children ranging from driving to diapers age! Our family absolutely loves this home and area. The Hatch's own a wellness center in Parker Colorado where they currently reside. But, they are often found in Todos Santos whenever schedules provide and eagerly await the day they can open their wellness center in Todos Santos and take up full time residency.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love this home and area. Off the beaten path sitting on a hill overlooking the ocean sits the house of stone. Dubbed the name due to the intricate stone work throughout the house. The attention to detail in this house is unmatched. The pool is perfect for taking in sunsets and the second floor patio is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea and taking in the gorgeous sunrises from the jagged Sierra Nevada landscape. Located in a super safe neighborhood with generous lot spacing allowing privacy and peace.
What makes this property unique
Todos Santos is named the magic town due to the fact that there are over 30 art galleries. Nearly 10 degrees cooler than Cabo in the summer Todos Santos is also much greener and is responsible for most of the local farming of the area. The food is delicious and fresh and the roads are lined in old Mexican cobblestone. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo and feel the more quiet and peaceful attitude that Todos Santos offers. Wide open beaches and unique restaurants and bars abound in this sleepy little eclectic town. This stone house on the hill embodies all this town identifies as.
