Has Potential

This condo has potential!! It's in a great location...very close to NRG Stadium. It's gated!!! Not much parking though. The townhome itself is so cute. Has a ton of room and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy...not so much for the futon, roll away or blow up mattress in the game room...as you could imagine. This unit could use a bit of maintenance though...ALL carpets, rugs and couches needs a GOOD steam cleaning. There's stains all over them. Also, the shower handle in the master bath needs to be fixed. It's very hard to adjust. We did not get check in instructions, only the address. We had to contact the owner a few times to get the gate code and the door code. Same for the check out instructions. But once we called, they were on top of it. So....overall....it has potential. Maybe with these changes we would stay here again.

Cringeworthy Christmas

We had high hopes for our family staycation and was let down. At first, everything seemed fine but as we checked the rooms, we noticed items missing in the kitchen, issues with the doors, broke rollaway bed, broke ping-pong table, and most important to us was the projector screen in the media room. We planned movie nights but of course, we were unable to use the projector. Needless to say, there were other televisions available but it just wasn't the same. The worst part was that the host was aware of some of the issues ; however, failed to advise on VRBO. Overall, we made it work because we had no where else to go but these issues should have been handled prior to our check-in. We spent entirely too much time texting the host and calling VRBO to make our stay comfortable. No guest should have to deal with this.
