Nestled beneath the oak trees and just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, 68 Fairway Lane is the perfect location for your next relaxing getaway. This stair-free villa offers an open-concept floor plan, a sun room and gorgeous views of the lagoon and golf course beyond.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV and access to the sun room with additional seating- the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching the golfers tee off.

The dining area is located just off the living area, and the galley style kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.

The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom.

Family Vacation

The property was a short walk to the beach and the property itself was very relaxing. All the trees made sitting outside enjoyable and being located on the lagoon gave an added ambiance to our getaway. It was also nice being on the Sea Pines property and close to all the amenities it offers!!
