Excellent location with amazing view of the lagoon. Great for bird watching and gator watching. Very short walk to the beach and close to the stables and nature preserve. Nice updated kitchen and living area and especially love the extra large sunroom to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. Also appreciated the Kurtis coffee maker!!

Excellent Location

Excellent location in quiet, beautiful surroundings. Close to all of Sea Pines amenities, short and easy walk to beach. Wonderful view of golf course and all kinds of wildlife. Very comfortable beds and seating. Newly redecorated.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was a perfect location (close to the beach and a nice bike ride to anywhere in Sea Pines). The home was lovely, with a ton of natural light and a beautiful view out back. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location, with wonderful views of a lake, a bridge & 4 alligators on a great golf course. Very clean except for master bedroom carpet, the maintenance man attempted to clean it, but it really needs steam cleaned. A couple of other issues, but they were addressed quickly & taken care of. I would definitely recommend this condo for its location in Sea Pines & for the peace & quiet I so desperately needed.

Weeklong Vacation - Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC

The inside of the unit was spacious, neat and tidy. The unit was also centrally located in Sea Pines, which was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and the pool. The landscaping in the back was very well-cared for; however, the front entrance was a bit messy and could have used lawn service care and attention (more mulch). A major issue with the unit was the master bathroom and only lukewarm water in the shower. The second bathroom had hot water in the shower, so this should be checked on and corrected. A minor issue was also the lack of sufficient number of hangers. For a week's long stay, it would have been more convenient to have more hangers in each bedroom and in the front hall closet. However, overall, it was a nice unit and decorated well for comfort.

Exactly as pictured. We had a great week at this condo! The location is beautiful, quiet, and a short walk to the beach. There is successful fishing, if that interests you. Communication with the owner was wonderful and very responsive! Most everything went smoothly, and just had only a few issues when trying to make meals. There was no grill spatula, toaster only toasted on one side, missing measuring cups, and the Teflon coated pots and pans could use an update. it might also be helpful to provide a scrubby with the welcome items in the kitchen. *For those that have certain allergies, the bedding was heavily scented, and the initial cleaning also used a heavier scent. Just know that if you suffer from allergies, I was able to air the unit out by that evening, and rewashed sheets with baking soda, which removed the scent. All in all a great week!
