Newly Remodeled, Cozy & Private Condo - Beautiful Fountain Hills - Near Fountain

This condo is located on North Oakwood Lane in Fountain Hills. Perfect for the snow bird or a couple or two. It has a great view of the mountains and also when the fountain goes off in the center of town. This is a very nice private condo with hardwood floors and fully renovated. Next store neighbors do not make much noise, if any, and everyone is super friendly.

Fully Furnished. All the comforts of home, including a fully outfitted kitchen as well as a nice selection of top of the line towels, pillows and linens. Samsung Smart TV with fuboTV, which has more channels than local cable. Very easy to use.

This condo is perfect for that winter get away, summer retreat or business travel. There is 1 pool area in this small complex and the pool is close by. The pool area has outdoor tables & chairs for your use. Carport conveniently located directly under the unit.

Centrally located within several blocks of the famous Fountain Plaza. Shopping and dining just minutes away. 2 miles from Desert Canyon Golf Course with many other courses near by. The Ft. McDowell aka We Ko Pa Casino and Scottsdale are less than 10 minutes to fine dining and entertainment. Mayo Clinc is also just a 10 minute drive. If it wasn't for the owner of the property there would have been worse of a review. The owner helped us with everything. I want to thank him for helping us.

Glad I could be of assistance, but as explained prior to your arrival to give some time as VRBO decided to book this back to back and last second, making my cleaning crew to scramble to get the place in order. It didn't help the previous guests had kids and decided to use every resource / towel during a 3 day stay including the extra sheets and towels stowed in the closet. I asked you to come at check in time or a little after but you decided to show up an hour early while my cleaning crew was still there and then they felt rushed to get out. I feel you were a bit too harsh and being a property manager yourself, figured you would be more understanding as you said you were on the phone, You said things happen and not to worry, several times over. Hypocrisy knows no bounds apparently with you.

Great location

The condo was nice and clean. Location is excellent and very quiet. The coffee machine did not work nor the dishwasher nor the frying pan. I let the owner know but never fixed in 2 month stay.

Contacted you several times through the app. With no response to get plumber there. Need to communicate better and maybe you get better results. Cannot schedule a plumber to come there if I cannot confirm you to allow it or respond. Coffee machine is brand new. Nor did you mention that either. How does a frying pan not work?
