Welcome to a Florida Keys! This gorgeous updated 3 bedroom/2 bath waterfront single family home has all the comforts of home in paradise. Everywhere you look, reminds you to relax. Take a short walk to the gorgeous private beach to swim and rest the day away. In the evening you can experience breathtaking sunsets and relaxing wals on the beach. You'll enjoy every moment!

The town of Islamorada is short drive away where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. The live music scene is fantastic with a variety of waterfront venues including great music, dazzling sunsets, festive drinks and waterfront dining. All within minutes of this beautiful home either by car or Uber.

This is the perfect get away home to relax and enjoy paradise!


What makes this property unique

This home features high ceilings and an open floorplan on the second floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and adjoins with a comfortable dining area and living room. The dining area includes bar seating for three and a dining table for eight, and the living room is equipped with a sectional sofa, coffee table, and a SMART flat screen TV.

The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen SMART TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, large shower and jacuzzi tub. The master suite has access to the large balcony through French doors. One of the two other guest bedrooms features a large king-size bed and access to a bathroom through a connecting door. The other guest bedroom features a queen size bed. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the house for our guests' convenience.
