This place is where you need to stay while in Gatlinburg. Very well appointed, super close to the GSMNP and downtown, incredible views. It has everything. Thank you to James for being so accessable. Pay attention to the instructions on what to do when you see a bear. We are very happy we found this location and you will be too!

This home is new, immaculate, comfortable, light filled with great views. There are views of the mountains from almost every room. You can also hear the lovely sound of a rushing river near the home. If this was not enough, the home is IN TOWN in Gatlinburg. There is a short, steep winding road to get to the house, but it is a very short distance and well worth it. The location was outstanding! James our host was fabulous, thought of everything and anticipated all our needs. Ten out of ten! We will be back!

This cabin was amazing. It is very close to both Gaitlinburg and the National Park. James was a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the game room was an added treat. We even saw 3 different bears on the property. We will definitely be back.

Loved the stay. As promised - the property is overlooking the town yet op on the hill in the woods. Clean and well equipped. Saw a fox and a black bear on the road next to the property. a short drive from excellent hikes too! we had a really good time!

This is our new favorite cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained with a fantastic view of Gatlinburg. The location is ideal being near the strip and park entrance. James was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

James is the perfect host! I’ve been vacationing in Gatlinburg for years and his cabin is top notch. Beds are comfortable. It’s beyond clean. Cozy and feels like home. It is perfect for staying in with loved ones and so close to everything if you want to venture out. Cannot recommend it enough.

What a beautiful place to come home to after a long day out downtown. Everything was clean and comfortable and the wood burning fireplace was the best at the end of a cold day. Our host was great and answered any questions we had. We could not ask for more.

The kitchen was great and accessible for cooking and very efficently equipped for our needs. It was very quiet, peaceful, with a great location and a beautiful view (day and night). The place has always been neat and clean. We love the cabin as this will be our 4th or 5th stay. The host was awesome and checked in on us.
