About the host
Hosted by Uche | Suite Xcape
I’m an engineer and entrepreneur. I am a global citizen and I am fascinated by various cultures. Some of which I’ve had the opportunity to go to school in, travel to, work or live in. Spent about 3 months in 2019 living & working in Helsinki and loved it.
I love hosting. I love creating comfortable spaces. I want you feel right at home, regardless of how far away you may be from your home. This is why I love my favorite destinations, because I am able to come back “home” after my days in the city. My goal is to replicate the same feeling for you.
I am a proud father of 2 amazing teenagers (one heading to HS and another to college Fall ’21). While we are DC transplants, this has been our home for years with no intentions of leaving. We love the DC area but we also love traveling. We love staying in comfortable, walkable spaces. This way, we can explore as desired but we also love coming back home to DC.
Born in Atlanta. Raised in Nigeria, France and US. My favorite countries visited or worked in are Colombia, Finland, Croatia, Poland, Sweden and Germany. Favorite DC area neighborhoods are Alexandria and Adams Morgan – always vibrant.
