2 bedroom 2 bath condo in great building in the central core of Aspen -- high end furniture and amenities -- including extra large HD Flat Screen Sony Television with Surround Sound speakers. Only four blocks to the Gondola, two blocks to Citi Market and there is also an outdoor BBQ gas grill. Lots of sun and so convenient. Fresh linens and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including a soup blender, Reidel Wine Glasses and a decanter. Firm mattress and great high thread count sheets, not your ordinary vacation rental. And a giant Samsung HD Flat Screen TV with surround sound speakers for movies and more. Dinning Table opens up to seat up to 8 people.

Why they chose this property
We have a fantastic location right in the core of town yet it is very quiet day and night. Need to run out for milk in the morning? No problem we are just one block away from Citi Market! Meeting someone on the mountain? You're just a very short walk away
What makes this property unique
We are right in the heart of Aspen and a short walk to the gondola and all the great restaurants. The apartment is drenched in sun and we love the quiet street that the building is located on
