Owners were very kind and very quick to answer back. House was in a great location. However, house needs some updates. We had quite a few things break during our stay. But overall it was a great trip to Brigatine.
We loved the location of this property and loved the outside space. We spent a ton of time on the deck. The bedroom spaces, bathrooms, and multiple living spaces worked so great for our family!
Robyn was an excellent host who was responsive and generous. The house is well appointed with lots of towels, beach chairs, and evens toys and crafts for the kids. Highly recommend

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure having you and hope you will stay with us again. Best, Robyn
We had a great time here in this home. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were close to the beach and the bay. The first floor master was a plus for our elderly parents. We would definitely come back to this house.

Best, Robyn and Garret
The perfect VRBO experience for a low-key long weekend with some friends to celebrate our upcoming wedding. Robyn was great to work with - answering all of my questions and very attentive. Everything was truly thought of with beach tags, parking pass, chairs, etc. included to make us feel right at home. Would recommend!
The hosts, Robyn and Garret, were quick to respond with any and all questions that we had. The space was perfect for my family of 12 and there are plenty of bathrooms (which is a plus with all the girls in my family). It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. There’s plenty of beach chairs provided and a few bikes to ride around town. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after getting back from the beach. Plenty of board games and crafts to do for kids. And ping pong and darts in the garage. This was our second vacation to Brigantine and we would stay here again!

Thank you for the kind review! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! We hope you consider staying with us again. Robyn and Garret.
We appreciated the easy communication with host, early check-in, the kids’ craft area, and the lovely deck off the kitchen. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and we wouldn’t recommend this rental. The property felt more like a primary residence than a thoughtfully prepared vacation home. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large dog crate, food bowl, a large amazon package. The lawn was muddy and unkept, and the garage was cluttered and unusable (not like pictures)The main-floor en-suite had a broken shower curtain and a closet filled with boxes. There was no baby gate for very steep stairs—concerning with little kids. The house was hard to navigate (confusing switches, unplugged disposal, poorly organized kitchen), and lacked basics like wine glasses—especially frustrating during a 70th birthday celebration.Worst of all, the oven failed during our private chef dinner and only got warm not hot, forcing the chef to use a toaster oven. While the home had potential, it felt dated, cluttered, and not maintained to the standard you’d expect at this price point.
