Amazing week in the perfect house!

Rahul was extremely accommodating through the whole process. From the time we booked, during our stay and even after we checked out to make sure we had a wonderful week with our family! Perfect location to the beach, the deck off the kitchen was great for a larger family to hangout while having view of the ocean. Rooms were clean and spacious as well as plenty of space throughout the house so you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other! The elevator was also a huge plus for my parents so they did not have to climb up the stairs. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the house and can’t wait to book again next year!

Great views lots of space

Perfect location, less than half a block to the beach and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas at the house will save room in your car. Plenty of off-street parking, including a garage, and even more available on the street. The elevator made unloading and loading our cars much easier, especially with three babies and all their gear! We spent most of our time on the front deck off the main living area. The large, covered deck area was great for the babies. The firepit table was also very enjoyable. There was enough room for all 12 of us. A few things that could use improvement, there was a pretty substantial musty smell on the first floor (with the pool table and 3 bedrooms) When brought to the attention of the owner, Rahul, he promptly had a cleaner come and within two days had the HVAC system checked and cleaned, there was still a lingering odor, but we felt safer knowing that it was not caustic. It also didn’t seem that the place was cleaned properly before our arrival. We had to sweep the floors and vacuum the rug in the living room before letting the babies play. Given the capacity of this house, 12 people, we all agreed that a second fridge on the first floor would be a nice touch as a big family that’s always growing, we like to spend as much time together as possible so we cook all our meals in the house and the extra food storage would be a big plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Rahul was a very accommodating host.

Brigantine Beach House

4 car outside car parking was wonderful. Elevator was wonderful, even though it did not go to the garage. Carpets were sandy,so we pulled out the vacuum cleaner and realized it was not working properly. We adjusted it and vacuumed the carpet. Much better after that.
