Great vacation!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this great house in a great location-Ocean view, great beach! We had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful and responsive. The best of Brigantine!

This property was great! So close to the beach, restaurants ,shopping and a short 15 minutes to Atlantic City! Wayne was great to work with he was available for any question at any time.

Great location, walking distance to almost anything you will need for the week. Excellent deck area to have dinner and cocktails w/ view. One minute walk the the beach .. Wayne (Host) was very attentive and returned messages very timely.

House is everything advertised. So close to beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. House is fully equipped with all the needed amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. House is clean, AC works great and beds are comfortable. Great vacation spot!

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation week. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Wayne was very friendly and helpful and provided many extras such as beach chairs, a beach cart, and an extra fridge. Access to a beautiful beach is just steps away. We will be back!

Great family vacay

Clean, spacious townhome. Amazing location, easy walk to beach. Beach wagon came in handy! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Kitchen was a little limited in kitchenware, but our group likes to cook. Would definitely rent this property again.

I am a Philadelphia native, fisherman and beach lover who purchased home years ago for my family to enjoy. We would visit every weekend. We go the beach , use the boat and often go to the Laguna Rum bar. Now the children have graduated and have professional lives we use the home less. I would like other families enjoy what we so enjoyed to create memories

Why they chose this property

This is a well built custom luxury home. All upgraded amenities. The close proximity to the beach (100 steps) with beach views and only 3 blocks from the shopping district make this location desirable.

What makes this property unique

This home features, 3 full baths, 1/2 bath and an outside shower. There is 2 large decks with beach views for enjoying cocktails and coffee outside. There is centralized speaker and radio system. Large 60” Television. 4 large bedrooms where I assure you there is enough space to be comfortable. The first floor has an in law suite with full size bathroom and television.
