This 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home has it all. Located just one block from the beach and in walking distance to Wawa, local restaurants, and shops. The home has a large kitchen, open floor plan, and spacious bedrooms. Sleeps 12 and kids will love the bunk bed room. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and TV. Enjoy family time in the private, fenced in backyard that has a hot tub, grill and outdoor shower. Enjoy a rocking on the front porch! Only an 8 minute Uber ride into AC!
The space
Property is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. Master bedroom has a king size bed, comfy chair that pulls out into twin bed, and master bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen. 3rd bedroom has 2 Queens, and 4th bedroom has an L shape bunk bed with 2 twins, 2 doubles and a slide. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV. Full bath in upstairs hallway and 1st floor hallway. Kitchen fully functional with everything you’ll need to cook or grill. Kitchen table seats 8 with table in fireplace room that seats 4 and breakfast nook that seats 2. Private backyard has table that seats 6 and has a 7 seater hot tub, grill and outdoor shower.

Guests have access to the whole house and private back yard which has a hot tub, grill, and outdoor shower.
Other things to note
Renters have access to shed which has courtesy beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cart, boogie boards, wake boards, and toys they can use during their stay.
