This home offers an easy to navigate kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar, stocked with pots, pans and dishes. There is plenty of cabinet space for all your groceries and a small can pantry in the hallway behind a sliding barn door.

Bedroom has a custom made queen bed with a sitting area and dressers and night stand.
Plenty of addition storage in cabinets in the bedroom.

Spacious covered porch with outdoor kitchen and seating area. Sit in the swing and enjoy a beautiful view of gulf and surrounding creeks.

You can walk, ride your bike or golf cart to sunset at the turn around at the end of Main Street. We have spectacular sunsets here in Horseshoe Beach. There is a local marina within walking distance if you need supplies.

The Shrimp Boat is our local restaurant (limited hours) that serves local fresh seafood.

Extra Fees:
$25 per stay per person for more than 2 people or if hide-a-bed/air mattress is used with 2 people.
$25 dishwasher not ran or clean dishes not put up.
$15 if trash is not properly disposed.
Current price for any items removed or damaged from the condo.
