Our property at Pelican's Watch is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. It is located on the third floor of a three story building. It is an end unit. It has been extensively renovated. In 2023 we installed new luxury laminate flooring throughout the unit - even in the bedrooms!! We have five flat screen televisions ; one in the living room and one in each of the 3 BR's and one on the porch. Three televisions have cable through the Charter Spectrum App. The master had a charter cable box. The other two are smart TV's and you can access several apps to view content, i.e. Netflix, Paramount, Peacock, ESPN, etc. The unit is equipped with Wifi so the kids can use their devices. The kitchen has a tile backsplash with under cabinet lighting and all new stainless appliances. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you would need for preparing your food. You will be able to enjoy your morning coffee by using the Keurig or coffee maker if you prefer.. All the bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds( new mattresses 2024). Additional queen air mattress available. In the utility room we have supplied beach chairs, a beach umbrella and new added this year, Jeep themed corn hole boards. There are beach toys for the children. All the towels and linens are included. Our building has an oceanfront pool and an elevator. It is located in the very center of shopping, golf and Restaurant Row. You can get to the grocery store, the outlets and many restaurants without ever getting on highway 17 which can be rather congested in the summer. It is the perfect location for a family vacation. Location location location. Professionally cleaned every week.

Shore Drive is a convenient location

Great location, somewhat crowded on beach with public parking next door. WIFI was the pits. Lots of televisions, but needed to use personal hot spot to make work. Owner tried to help, to no avail. Beach was nice. Unit is not waterfront but you can see the beach between the buildings. Common areas could use an upgrade, but the unit is nice. Liked the produce stand and ice cream shop down the street. Owner needs to visit to check things like bath sink fixtures (dirty) and to fix the dishwasher door so it doesn't drop on your foot. Needs a good deep cleaning at entrance and behind furniture etc.

We live in Greenville,SC but are both originally from Pennsylvania (Philly and Pittsburgh). We have a 13 year old son who plays a ton of travel baseball so we are unable to enjoy the beach as much as we like. We also have our two rescue labs, Bleier and Hailey. We hope you have a wonderful stay!!

This unit was ideal for our family. It is in a perfect location in Myrtle Beach. We have spent considerable resources to update the condo significantly over the last few years.

What makes this property unique

Being in an Oceanfront building with an elevator is perfect for Seniors and families alike. It is a short hop to the beach and it is close to all the shopping and eating locations we like. The area is very family friendly.
