This house had everything you need to have a relaxing experience while you’re in Couer D’ Alene. There are plenty of activities to do in the house with all the fun games in the basement. It’s very clean and the pictures don’t even do it justice. Overall a great value and the hosts are very responsive should there be any questions you have.

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get into the downtown area and get onto the highway. The house was exactly like the photos and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated that there were lots of toys for our granddaughter. Glad we found this lovely home for our stay.

Boating on Lake Couer d'Alene

Nice place for large family to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the lake during day and food and shopping downtown...then more family time at night vs. everyone staying in separate hotel rooms. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Beds were very comfortable and showers were awesome. Would stay again.

Beautiful house!

We loved our stay at this house. It was beautiful and so comfortable for our two families to stay. The basement and bunk room was awesome for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of and more. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairway home, it was perfect for an extended family getaway. The house is well stocked for cooking meals, had more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable, and we all had a great time playing games together. We had three generations, the youngest 5 years old, and the toys/games appealed to all ages.The location is an easy car ride to the lake, the check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the property managers were very responsive. They even went the extra mile when I had a special request prior to arrival, it was very much appreciated!We would happily stay again :)

Family Gathering

This home was a great to gather with our daughters and their families for a late Christmas celebration. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all to have their own space. The grandkids really enjoyed all of the fun toys and games located in the basement and our granddaughter was especially overjoyed with the drawer full of baby dolls that she found in the "bunk" room.

Wonderful Property

Our family was in town for a 3 day volleyball tournament in Spokane. We wanted a house that we could relax at in between games as it was also Easter weekend and 2 family members had birthdays. The house was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and nicely decorated. The game room and the massive couch downstairs were perfect. The stocked coffee bar upstairs was an adult favorite. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us! The location was perfect as well with a Starbucks and grocery store just 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts were also great with communication.

Great property

We meet for a family get together in Coeur d’Alene and found this house to be a perfect place for a big group. The toys in the basement were a huge help to keep the kids entertained. The house was exactly like the pictures. The house is about a 10 minute drive to the lake and beach. There were lots of restaurants and grocery stores very close. We felt the location was great. The neighborhood seemed safe just an older neighborhood with lots of apartments. One of the king beds and the queen were comfortable. The other mattresses were memory foam and really hard. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The owners messaged us a few times to check on us. We would highly recommend the house.

Great location: 5 minutes to the lake and 20 minutes to Silverwood. The house had plenty of room and my family really enjoyed the game room!
