Cozy home away from home. Close to everything Vegas! Warm open floor plan inviting for large families or close friends. Features a large living room with lots of board games and a 3 in one Foosball table. Perfect for family nights or just to keep the kids busy while you relax. In town for the Strip/Fremont Street, Grand Canyon West or catch a Raiders game. Family and Friends will be within minutes of downtown, shopping centers and restaurants when you stay at this centrally-located place.

QUITE HOURS are 11PM TO 8AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 11 PM TO 10AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
NO SMOKING INSIDE. All our properties have a no smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine
. HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will
result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking
. NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking
